Four new independent representatives for western, mid-western and southern US and Ontario, Canada regions have been added to the sales team of outdoor lighting designer and domestic manufacturer, Patio Living Concepts. The new appointments represent over 100 years of combined experience in the outdoor products sales field.   

Patio Living Concepts, headquartered in Linn, MO, recently named four new independent representatives to its sales team. With over 100 years of combined sales experience collectively, three
representatives were announced for US territories and one for the Ontario, Canada region.

Casual Furniture Manufacturer, Pride Family Brands Announces 2012 Recognition of Independent Sales Representatives


Excellence in sales and service were recognized with Independent Representative Awards for 2012 by Pride Family Brands, luxury aluminum casual furniture manufacturer, during the Casual Market.

The Most Improved Territory Award for 2012 was given to Phil Spring. As a 23 year veteran of the industry and owner of AllSpring Sales and Marketing, Spring represents the Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia (excluding Atlanta) region for Pride.  He has been a member of the Pride Family Brands sales team since 2008.

3CK’s MetaphorCity Continues to Deliver a Positive Message in a Hip-hop Package

3CK, Goshen, IN. recording artist, continues to deliver a positive message and inspiration through the Hip-hop genre with the release of his third solo album, MetaphorCity. 3CK, the stage name of William Frisbie draws from his multi-cultural life experiences to create a collection of thought provoking songs on positive, personal, and sometimes humorous themes. This album is musically diverse and just as the title suggests, the message in many of the songs are cloaked in metaphors waiting to be deciphered by the listener.

3CK stands for Third Culture Kid; a term that has been used to describe the phenomena that occurs when a child assimilates two different cultures resulting in his own third culture,never again to really fit either.  For William, this is reflective of his own life. His family moved to Senegal, West Africa when William was 8 years old to serve as missionaries.  Embracing the experience, William immersed himself in Senegalese culture and began picking up elements of the native language while spending many days on the sandy streets playing soccer with Senegalese children.

After moving back to the USA he began to develop a passion for dissecting and commenting on popular culture. The lyrics in 3CK’s original works became reflective of the artist’s multi-cultural life experience and brought to an audience in a hip-hop package.

William has since had the opportunity to share his music on many stages to a wide variety of listeners. In 2007, as 3CK, he released his first solo album Inspiration. Three more solo albums have followed including Daily Process, Puddles, and now, MetaphorCity.

At the recent Casual/Outdoor Furnishings Market, heightened interest and placement growth from specialty and home furnishings retail segments was realized by NorthCape International due to product selection and indoor-outdoor insights.

Pride Family Brands Debuts Cast Craftsmanship With A Trio of Outdoor Dining Table Top Designs



Pride Family Brands, manufacturer of luxury outdoor furnishings, announces the addition of three handcrafted cast aluminum table tops from its award winning designers.  The vintage-inspired Rosetta, the Dynasty and resort inspired, Sea Grass, will debut during the International Casual Furniture and Accessories Market in Chicago, Ill., September 20 – 23, 2012.

Lauderdale, FL. - Pride Family Brands, the recipient of over 50 design patents, is known for its ground-breaking design excellence in luxury outdoor furnishings.  For 2013, Pride’s award-winning designers will exhibit their desire to carry cast aluminum craftsmanship to its limits with their latest casual dining table tops including Rosetta, Dynasty and Sea Grass.

The Rosetta cast table top is a part of Pride Family Brands’ vintage collection motifs.  This table top incorporates a circular motif utilizing positive and negative intersecting elements to create an intricate open design.

 

To coordinate with multiple collections, the Dynasty table top embodies an intricate luxury cast design.  Sculpted oversized swirls with open areas encircle the table top edges while the center features a carved-look solid design.  This use of flowing and solid elements work to provide a versatile table top that coordinates with numerous seating choices.

 

Inspired by and for tropical settings, Sea Grass incorporates a linear bamboo motif with a twist.  Rows of wrapped cane elements are grouped in blocks and then set into a perpendicular placement from the adjoining block.  Each bamboo element is open to create a fresh motif that coordinates with all Resort Collections.
