Safeguarding our Children

We recently receive the following email from one of the leaders of “Fit for Girls” an after school running program. Kellie wrote to us after we had a phone conversation about providing “In Case of Emergency” ID tags for the girls in the program.
Hi Larry,
Thank you so much for your offer to help us out. I am with you that an ID like this is really important.

My daughter is a teacher in the Delta and her superintendent’s daughter was running on the river road last year. She was hit by a car and didn’t have any ID on her. Her family was notified until the following day.
I’m sure you hear stories like this all the time. .. from Kellie
